Hensel Phelps has been awarded the Design Build Contract with Los Angeles County to Build the Martin Luther King, Jr. Inpatient Tower Renovation Project (IPT).  In our effort to provide the best value to Los Angeles County and engage the local community, our team is seeking participation from local small businesses and local workforce labor.

Hensel Phelps has long been committed to developing relationships in communities in which we construct projects for over 73 years.
